Y’all know that I love to cook (um…hello I have a food blog!) and one of the reasons that I love it so much is because I control what goes into what we eat! No we are certainly not perfect in what we eat, but I do make a home cooked meal most nights of the week and try to have enough that we have leftovers to take to work/school for lunch the next day.

They are these delightful truffle-like bites made from ONLY dates, fair trade chocolate chips, coconut and a dusting of coconut flour. They are really satisfying my sweet cravings!! I just pop of few of these after dinner, when that I NEED chocolate craving hits and I am satisfied 🙂 They do come in their own handy-dandy resealable bag, but I also love to portion them out in snack size plastic zipper bags so I don’t eat the whole bag in one sitting 😉
