Since our family is growing (most of you know that I am pregnant with a baby girl that is due in about 2 weeks), I have been thinking more about the possibility that we may need more living space and thus a new home in the very near future. However I get super overwhelmed when I think of the process of buying and selling a home and it all seems very daunting!! Not to mention the expense of it all!! This frugal gal certainly struggles with that one

Obviously we won’t be buying or selling a home right now. We need to wait at the very least, until after baby girl arrives, she and I have had time to recover and we have had time to acclimate to life with a new baby and a new family dynamic I was still eager to learn more about an amazing new real estate agent marketplace called UpNest! The post 12 Must-Have Gift Ideas for the Home Cook appeared first on Becky's Best Bites.

To those of you that are frequent readers of Becky’s Best Bites (and thank you from the bottom of my heart BTW!!), it comes as no surprise that my fur-babies are more than just pets, they’re members of our family! Just to recap and for anyone who is new here, we have a dog, named Joey, and a cat, named Gabbi! Both are rescues, full of personality and totally spoiled!! Gabbi makes more of an appearance on the blog because she doesn’t run from the camera like Joey does

When people ask me if I am more of a “cat-person” or a “dog-person,” I tell them that I am an “animal-person!” However, I do love how independent, curious yet loving cats are! It is so convenient that you don’t have to worry about taking them outside, and as long as they have plenty of food and water, they are pretty self-sufficient. I do have to say, though, the one thing I feel is a necessary evil is the litter box. It is not my favorite, not at all. I do everything in my power to make it as clean and carefree as possible. That is why I have an automatic litter box (it cleans on its own).

I absolutely cannot stand litter box odors and when I was asked to try out ARM & HAMMER™ Clump & Seal™ MicroGuard™ Cat Litter, I was very curious and intrigued about their 7 Day Odor Control Guarantee. That was like music to my cat-lovin’ ears! The thought of no frantic cleanings right before guests arrive… I pride myself on the fact that you can walk into my home and never know that an indoor cat lived there, so I had to check this product out!

Did you know that even after you scoop, bacterial odor can keep growing? YUCK!! I had no idea, but that made me even more excited to give this product a try with its innovative, MicroGuard™ technology that seals and destroys immediate odor, plus, prevents the growth of future bacterial odors.

I picked up the ARM & HAMMER™ Clump & Seal™ MicroGuard™ Cat Litter during our weekly shopping trip to Target. I brought it home and set it out for Gabbi to check out. She can be a bit of a diva and I wanted to see what her reaction to the scent would be. It didn’t seem overwhelming or perfumy to me, but with her keen kitty sense of smell, I wanted to make sure.

She checked it out and gave it her stamp of approval! We have used the product for over a week now and are very impressed!! I haven’t had to worry about little box odor at all. Her litter box is in my laundry room, and the back door that is off of that room is the entrance/exit that we use the most. You walk in and smell nothing but a fresh and clean scent!

The litter also clumps well and the automatic cat litter box doesn’t have any trouble scooping up the clumps. This has been a problem in the past.

I have also noticed that there is no dust tracked onto my floors. Another big bonus!!

Gabbi has officially given her approval of ARM & HAMMER™ Clump & Seal™ MicroGuard™ Cat Litter! Be sure to check out their website to try it out for your family! Also be sure to go to ARM & HAMMER™’s Facebook and Instagram pages and post of picture of your fur-baby with the hashtag #clumpandseal
